From the Publisher: An important note about textbook prices

Waveland Press has always included the price to students in all of its advertising. For four decades, our goal has been to offer quality textbooks at reasonable prices to students. When comparing prices shown on our website with other publishers' book prices, please note we show list prices that reflect the actual prices to students. Many college publishers opt to show net prices, which creates unnecessary confusion for faculty who want to know how much students will pay for books. (To compare our prices with those of publishers quoting net prices, calculate the actual student price—the list price—by multiplying their net price by 1.25.)
