EXAM & DESK COPY REQUEST FOR FACULTY

In order for your request to be processed successfully, please note the following:

• School (not home) addresses are needed for our records.

• Books can be shipped to the attention of a departmental administrator, but we need the instructor's name for our records.

• Examination copies are for course adoption consideration; desk copies are for those who have already decided to adopt the book as required reading.

• Help us keep our book prices reasonable for students! If you have already received an examination copy, please use it as your desk copy.
